Shipping methods

- Orders are processed every day from Monday to Saturday 8:00-16:00. Orders placed after 4pm and holidays are processed the next working day. In addition, no deliveries are made on public holidays and on days when our warehouse may be closed (e.g. due to inventory).
- Shipping and cash on delivery costs, as well as remittances-Bank fees (either the fee charged by each bank from the customer, or the fee charged by our cooperating bank for the transfer of the customer's money to us) or transfer or of depositing money from the same or another bank to our cooperating Banks are charged to the buyer and are not included in the price of the products.

YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- During periods of extreme weather or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
- In the event that it is impossible to contact you by phone or by e-mail (in case there is a problem with your order either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment)
